A passionate writer and creative with experience from one of the recognizable media houses, eager to meet deadlines and ready to deliver quality work. I’m a quick thinker, a problem solver armed with training in different fields and have had the privilege to work under distinct conditions.
I’m a decent communicator armed with excellent verbal and written skills, backed up by long hours handling calls and emails at a busy customer care desk. This exposure has seen me learn how to develop, cultivate and maintain positive client relationships by putting all clients’ needs first.
Following my training and thereafter work experience in unrelated fields, I’m adjustable to change and easily fit into whatever task I’m needed to deliver. As a healthy timekeeper, I organize my schedule to accommodate the tasks I need to complete, hence giving enough time on each. Other than the prompt response to emerging matters, I strive to deliver above expectations in order to maintain a happy client avenue. I take initiative by going the extra mile to source for information before handling tasks that I haven’t known before, hence reduce the chances of error. I strive to complete all required tasks in time to allow room for corrections and reviews.
I’m also conversant with varying technical skills as I have used different software that exists in the fields I worked in. I am a fast learner, I quickly adjusted to the different tasks and easily became part of the teams working towards the different common goals of all these workplaces.
