Why hire me?
I am a graduate with a degree in Communication and majored in Public Relations from Daystar University. I’m seeking for the position of Customer Support.
My degree involved a lot of public speaking which has made me quite articulate. I am also well organized and I work well even under minimum supervision. Through my communication skills, I’ve been able to maintain good work relations and have made a positive impact in all the places I’ve worked.
I have prior experience in customer service. It involved working in a public referral hospital, at a school, and with the general public in rural Kenya. This has given me the required exposure and enabled me to interact with all kinds of clients. I have learned how to treat each of them differently yet end up solving their complaints and inquiries. I also have experience in training clients on new products.
I have a great passion for customer service. I’m looking for a challenging environment within which to utilize my knowledge and develop my expertise further.

AvailabilityDays & Time: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. I can also work night hours from 9 pm to 11 pm from Monday to Thursday.
