My educational background and work experience have prepared me for this opportunity. Working at Rafiki Microfinance Bank, I added value to the human resource function by administering employee records, inducting new employees, planning training, helping in the recruitment process, organizing staff travels, and other duties that enhanced employee welfare. At BAAM Investment (British American Asset Management), I opened and maintained customer accounts and portfolios, handled client issues through email and telephone, and maintained financial accounts.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Gender. I am also well acquainted with MS Office Applications. Besides, I am dedicated, creative, enjoy working in teams, have great initiative, possess proper communication and people skills. I recently worked for Rafiki Microfinance Bank as a Customer Service Officer.
